Notification of Consent to Personal Data Processing and Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems
Dear Candidate,Thank you for your interest in our company and for providing your information. We strictly adhere to privacy policies and process your personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, and our internal "Personal Data Processing Policy" of LLC "Astoninnovations".
As part of the recruitment procedure, we conduct:
  • Online video interviews with recording of video and audio materials.
  • Collection and storage of the personal data you provide.
  • Analysis of video and audio recordings, as well as your responses, using artificial intelligence (AI) tools exclusively for the purposes of assessing professional suitability, business and personal qualities, and fit for the stated vacancy.
Purposes of data processing:
  • Assessment of your knowledge, educational results and skills to determine your level of preparation for the Unified State Exam and to select appropriate educational programs, courses or recommendations;
  • Ensuring the operation of the educational platform and fulfilling obligations in accordance with applicable laws in the field of education and personal data processing;
Rights of the data subject:
  • Receive information about the procedures and purposes for processing your personal data (Art. 14 of FZ-152).
  • Request clarification, blocking, destruction, or correction of inaccurate or unlawfully processed personal data (Arts. 21, 22 of FZ-152).
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by submitting a written request to info@recruiter-ai.ru or to the address specified in the Policy.
  • Restrict processing in cases provided by law.
  • File complaints with the authorized data protection authority (Roskomnadzor), as well as pursue remedies in court in accordance with Arts. 18, 24 of FZ-152.
  • Review the full Personal Data Processing Policy of the company or upon request.
Automated processing and decision-making:
Final decisions affecting your rights and freedoms are not made exclusively automatically - the results of AI analysis are reviewed by responsible HR staff/management and do not constitute fully automated decision-making (Art. 16 of FZ-152).
Detailed information about analysis system principles and algorithms used is available upon your request; information on AI logic, evaluation criteria, and data sources forms part of our transparency policy.
Transfer and storage of data:
  • Your personal data is stored and processed using secure servers/services located within the Russian Federation.
  • Without your separate consent, personal data will not be transferred to third parties except as provided by Russian law.
You confirm your consent to:
  • Processing and storage of all provided data, including audio and video interview recordings.
  • Analysis of your responses using artificial intelligence systems for the purposes described above.
  • If necessary, cross-border data transfer only in compliance with Art. 12 of FZ-152 and if adequate protection of the rights of data subjects is guaranteed in the relevant country.
If you do not agree with any of these processing terms, please refrain from participating in the interview and notify us in writing.
